I provide Psychotherapy and Integration Support via remote sessions on telephone or Skype, for individuals, couples and groups as well as face to face in workshop and retreat settings. As someone who moves and travels regularly, I recognise the benefits of being able to meet online and via Skype. It is a flexible, convenient and effective way of working that lets us connect when and where we choose, rather than being restricted by physical location.
My professional background includes training as a Psychologist, in Australia, where I was registered and in good standing with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board (Now Psychology Board of Australia), from 2007; prior to relocating to the UK in 2010, where I received further training as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist at Kings College London and registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) until 2019 when I was no longer living in the UK. I have also completed significant additional training and personal practice in mindfulness, healing meditation, life coaching and other approaches to healing and integration.
I help people improve their state of mind and overcome specific emotional challenges. This includes treating common mental health challenges like stress, worry and anxiety, low mood and depression, social anxiety, panic attacks, fears and phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress (PTSD), chronic pain, sexual traumas and low-self esteem.
I coach people towards personal and career goals, improving their stress management skills and getting more confident about their relationships and sexuality.
I also provide group training in mindfulness and meditation. I have experience teaching and facilitating in retreat and ceremonial settings to allow people to learn new practices, experience new feelings and make deep changes in their lives.
